Grabbit Magnetic Pin Cushion Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I don't know what I did before using this product. It is so handy and I don't have to worry about stray pins hitting the floor. I can concentrate on my sewing and not worry about my pets to get into any pins. My daughter was making a shirt and she placed the pins on the table. The fabric pushed the pins off the table. I used the Grabbit to sweep over the area and picked them all up very quickly. I would recommend this product to everyone!!

Dritz(R) Tomato Pin Cushion - Large 4 Inch Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The classic tomato/strawberry-shaped pin cushion. Other than size, pretty much identical to the one my mother had for decades.
I bought it for storing the pins I get from store-bought clothes, so this review is from your average guy and not a quilter or tailor.
Since this is bigger than the classic size, it'll hold a ton more pins and/or needles. Assuming I don't lose it, I'll wager this'll be the last pin cushion I'll ever need to buy. And because of this foreseen longevity, I bumped the rating from a 4 to a 5.
The design is simple and has been tested by time. You really can't go wrong.

Singer Safety Pins-Assorted 35/Pkg Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The needles were received quickly and are great self threading needles. The only problem I had was that my order was separated and I was charged 2 shipping charges of about $6 for these needles, which weighed enough for a 47cent stamp.

Safety Pins #2 (Box of 1440) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)These seem like decent enough safety pins. They are good for general use and about the same size as the top one pictured.
The item description is a bit misleading and needs more clarity however. It states "Safety Pins #3 Bx/1440". The numbers are not explained. Listed item weight is 5 lbs so I thought the safety pins were being sold by weight. What you receive are 1,440 safety pins, size number 3. It doesn't even weigh 2 lbs. Also it makes no mention that these safety pins are made in China. I half expected that to be the case, but it should be mentioned just the same. Knowing where something is made makes a big difference for some shoppers, especially those who want to support local business.

(More customer reviews)Does just what it says it will...allows you to make mistakes or whatever, disappears in about a day, but less than that if you live where it is very damp, as I do, so get right to your painting rather than putting it off for tomorrow.

Dritz(R) Curved Safety Pins - Size 2 40/Pkg Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is one of those "must have's" for quilters. For years I hand basted my quilts, but now use these pins and save hours and hours of labor! I've used regular safety pins, but the curves on these pins make clasping the pin so much easier. Highly recommend to anyone who quilts and is still hand basting!

Fons & Porter Novelty Pin Cushion-Flower Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This pin cushion is great for keeping different types of pins separated. The down side is that it is thin and the pins stick out of the bottom of the cushion. If you keep it on a piece of carpet, this works very well but on a hard surface, it slides around and pricks your fingers when picked up. Otherwise, it is an excellent pin cushion and I enjoy the color and organization.

(More customer reviews)True, they could have been warped or bent or distorted, but they weren't. They were perfectly fine skirt pins. I think the shipping costs were disproptionatly high, but that does not reflect at all on the quality of the merchandise.

IBC Glass Head Silk Pins Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've been sewing for years and have learned that there's no substitute for good tools. One might think that a straight pin is a straight pin, but not so. These are the best pins on the market, bar none. They're easy to grab and handle, a great size for any sort of fabric, and silky smooth. I first came across them when working in a fabric store, and after buying a box, I have never wanted to use anything else. Believe me: these pins are excellent enough to warrant the price.

Collins Glass Head-Assorted Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)These pins have very small heads, much smaller than I was hoping to get -- I couldn't really tell what size they were from the online description.
So, they didn't really suit my purpose. They're very nice though, if a small spherical-head pin is what you want.

Dritz Quilting Crystal Glass Head Pins 1-3/8 Inch -100/Pkg Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)These pins are very sharp, and slide easily into layers of fabric. They do not break if used in many layers and are easily removed when sewing your piece. They are a nice change from my normal "quilting" pins, the shaft is smaller which makes them easier to use. Worth buying.
