I iron more than normal, because my husband has so many dress shirts he needs ironed,for all the events he attends. I wouldn't be without the teflon Iron plate. I couldn't find it anywhere in Tucson. So I decided to try your web site. I was so happy to find this item. It absolutely is wonderful as you will never burn or scorch any items you iron. I highly recommend this item.

Dritz Pressing Aids Seam Roll Review

(More customer reviews)I have previously purchased items from Dritz that I was happy with and so I had absolutely no qualms about ordering a product from them again. Wouldn't you think that this Dritz Pressing Aids Seam Roll would be a no-risk item? Just 2 rectangular pieces of fabric sewn together with stuffing in between, which ends up resembling a sausage.
But when I opened up the plastic bag it reeked of some kind of chemical. One side of the roll was made out of a plaid fabric that resembled some cheap kind of wool. It was rough and linty. Both sides had dye that rubbed off on everything. I wiped off several times with water but to no avail. I was afraid to move onto trying to clean it with soap as the stuffing seemed to be made out of something that might get even more clumped or fall apart if it got any more wet.
Perhaps Dritz has several different companies that actually manufacture their products. This could account for one poor quality product. But this doesn't help me.
I am going to throw this into the trash and am just going to eat the cost as I just don't have the time or energy to return this. The original cost was $6.50 + $4.99 shipping. It bothered me so much the first time to pay almost as much shipping as the product- but I went ahead. But after receiving this smelly,messy Seam Roll, I just have no wish to do any further business with this company.

The table was fairly easy to assemble, although one of the underside table inserts does not attach evenly and if connected makes the table sit unbalanced. So I leave it disconnected and all is fine. This table is great because it has a large work area, it has wheels and can be moved around and it folds down to save space. I am very happy with this purchase.

(More customer reviews)Your Steam Fast will rest EXACTLY 2 ft 3 inches from the ground. This stand cannot change height so it is meant to be used while sitting. I don't iron that many shirts/clothes at one time so sitting is not necessary, and standing at 5 foot 8 inches and trying to use the steam fast at 2 ft 3 inches can be challenging. After I steam, i have to get up multiple times to hang the shirts. I don't know why they don't design a stand the raises the steamer to standing height. Crazy! Just know what you're getting and you won't be disappointed.

Whitmor 6154-2676 Ironing Mat with Iron Rest Review

(More customer reviews)The dimensions of this mat as stated on the packaging are 19.75 inches by 34 inches. This information wasn't on the Amazon listing at the time of my purchase, and from the picture I thought it was bigger than that. The iron rest section is HUGE which I guess put the rest of it out of perspective.
Measured dimensions of this mat are 19.75 inches by 25 inches for the ironing section and 12 inches by 8.5 inches for the iron rest. That's too small for my needs. Also I wasn't convinced of the mat's ability to protect the underlying table surface. It wasn't letting much heat through on my short tests but it was putting through a lot of moisture, even though I was dry-ironing. I've decided to return it and buy a proper ironing board.

(More customer reviews)This product does what it's supposed to do, but I did not like the fact that the top fabric was not sewn tightly enough onto the backing, so it bunches up - especially near the edges. While ironing, I had to shift my clothes, etc. away from the bunched up areas and that made it harder to use. I also would have appreciated a more "sticky" backing as it slides around a bit while you're ironing.
