(More customer reviews)I recieved my new Brother CS80 yesterday and out of the box it works great. It took me a couple of hours to learn how to use the bobbin winder and the thread cassette the instruction book is written with pictures and describes everything step by step I found it very easy to use. I also love the fact of being able to use it with or without the foot pedal my last one I was constantly chasing it around the floor, its nice just to reach up and stop or start it with a button the same with the needle just push a button.I'm looking forward to all the built in stitches that are there and mosts of all its light and easy to handle and I sat it on a wooden tray table to try it out and there was no vibrations and its so quiet. I know I will get hours of enjoyment from this machine. I've sewed for along time and on all kinds of machines but I'm sure a beginner can learn to use it if you can use a computer you can use this

Gingher G-8SA Spring Action Shears, 8-Inch Review

(More customer reviews)Too bad there wasn't a way of rating higher than a five, these scissors are amazing!! I was lucky enough to get my hands on a pair the other day and I am in heaven. The spring action on it is just enough it helps every cut. I had decided I was sick of the lower quality scissors from off brands, cutting through fabrics were a chore, even with the the shears being sharp. I was so surprised to find that when I cut through some thick fabric a couple of days ago with my Gingher Spring Action Shears that it was like cutting through butter. They hold their edge incredibly well.
The length of the shears is great too, especially if you have a lot of fabric to cut in one sitting. I would recommend this product hands down without any reservations at all. Yes it can be pricey but you are getting quality and a brand that you can trust. They sharpen your scissors for life, how cool is that?
Since I got this pair of scissors, I am now looking at getting a great deal of the different types they put out. Each scissor has its own place on what it is good for, so keep it mind as you shop their line.
Anyone that does a lot of tailoring, stuffed animals, etc; these are great!
One last word of advice, never use them for anything but fabric and they will last you your whole life. Using them to cut anything else will destroy the blades.
