(More customer reviews)I purchased this embroidery machine. When it comes everything is in chinesse. You have to switch the machines language setting. Then the graphics were horriable and not only that the ones you can download are very limited but when you download them the quailty is even worse. The topper on the cake the machine only lasted 2 weeks and broke. When you contact them about exchange you find out the item has to be sent to china on your money and they will not exchange or refund after thirty days the item has to be back in china before the thirty days. The catch is if you have ever purchased from china it takes thirty days for it to get there so unless you return it right when the ups man brings it you might can get your money back. I am stuck with a broke machine...This was the Worst deal ever. If you are thinking of buying one you can have mine and see if anyone can repair the chineese piece of crap :)

(More customer reviews)I received the software free, thank goodness, when I purchased the Singer Futura 250 package else where. I tried everything except throwing it in the oven. It looks great, fantastic in the cpu, but when you have it stitched through the cpu, it's the most horrible thing a machine has ever done. Any way you look at it, up, upside down, side ways,there is no photo. Sorry singer, someone dropped a cannon on this one. Trust me, do not throw your money away on this.

Brother PES Embroidery Machine Memory Card BABY 11 Review

(More customer reviews)would have given it a 5 star, but had soooo much trouble getting the card in the slot. I had to call brother to make sure that the card was compatible with my brother HE240 embroidery machine. I was told that you have to push it in the card slot very hard. I mean you really have to smash it too. I thought I had short circuited my machine, cause it didn't want to turn on. Scary! Now that I have it in I'm scared to take it out. I guess I will make alot of baby gifts before taking the card out. With that being said the designs come out beautiful. The colors are different than the picture, but that's no problem cause you change the colors to your liking.

Thread chest, color chart, sample pack of twelve different stabilizers and Anita Good design CD were all nice extras too. Great for me, a beginning machine embroidery enthusiast. Thread chest is made of pressboard with a faux teak veneer, but well constructed (for those who find the box an important factor).

I have not tried all the accessory feet I purchased for the machine but the standard stitch has been very fast and easy to use. I have a Viking serger but never used the coverhem features because it took me longer to set up the machine than do the serging. I have a place in my sewing space for this machine to be set up all the time. For the price I think this is a great machine!

(More customer reviews)The thread ad was a little deceptive. They advertised as thread for Brother machines, which it isn't exactly. They never would give me a definite yes or no on the thread being made for Brother by Brother. I specifically asked them that and they said they had not had any negative responses from Brother owners. That wasn't what the ad stated. It stated thread for Brother machines. The best I could find out was, that it was made in India, but they wouldn't specifically say it was made by Brother for Brother machines. When I received it, at first I was a little disappointed, then I e-mailed them and they told me to give a few spools a try and if I wasn't completely satisfied with it, I could return it and they would refund my money. I thought that was reasonable and gave it a try and it stitched out beautifully. So I thanked them and kept the thread. The only problem was breakage, it seems a little weak, but using a large eyed embroidery needle took care of that.They told me to adjust my tensions on my machine, but I didn't need to touch the tensions by using the larger eyed embroidery needle. Overall, it's basically good thread, beautiful colors and shine to it.

(More customer reviews)Awesome colors and a wide variety. Little dissapointed that there was only 4 blues out of all of the colors. If you have a brother sd200 the disney sewing machine the spools will not fit in the cartridge unless you modify the spools. The base is too large and will not fit unless you cut the plastic ring off the bottom. Not a huge issue for me but it takes a lot of time and energy to modify it. Other then that I am very happy with the quality of the thread and the colors.
