(More customer reviews)I received the software free, thank goodness, when I purchased the Singer Futura 250 package else where. I tried everything except throwing it in the oven. It looks great, fantastic in the cpu, but when you have it stitched through the cpu, it's the most horrible thing a machine has ever done. Any way you look at it, up, upside down, side ways,there is no photo. Sorry singer, someone dropped a cannon on this one. Trust me, do not throw your money away on this.
