(More customer reviews)I purchased 3 rolls of this. when filling my order shipper saw 3, and then looked at the package and saw 3 yard, so they assumed I bought just 1. They filled out the invoice so that they shipped 3 of 3. I was charged for 3 rolls "of course" paying $41 for one roll! Shipper will not return my calls or respond to my e-mail. All they would have to do is check inventory, and maybe make a phone call regarding my order to sales.

(More customer reviews)I like this zipper system better because it's cheaper than regular zippers. It's not as easy as opening a package and using the zipper but you get to pick your length and it's not that hard to do. I think this is a good idea if you use a lot of zippers but if you're in a hurry, not the best idea.

(More customer reviews)I love this product, however I have ordered it twice and keep getting the wrong thing. Instead of Make a Zipper I am receiving repair a zip which I don't need. The company says Amazon has the wrong number so hopefully someone gets this corrected at some point.
