(More customer reviews)I received this item as a present from my brother who knows about my drawing habit. I loaded it up with my supplies and used it for a few months. I lost it and all it's supplies at an outdoor festival. I was very upset. It took me a little while to replace it but it was well worth the extra shipping. I use it every time I go drawing, and that is 3-4 times a week. It is sturdy and holds enough of my stuff to only need that and a pad of paper. A place for the pencil sharpener would be useful and the top pencil holes I use for my short stubs vs. the way the picture displays the long pencils, the case con't fold up with the long pencils.

(More customer reviews)I bought a Sidekick (locally, and paid twice this price at a chain craft store) to take fabric and sewing notions to a quilting workshop. Made a great chair-side storage unit. The deep base worked well for storing folded fabrics. I used the removable tray to hold items I needed beside my machine (scissors, pins, etc.). The lid has a hinged U-shaped storage compartment to hold more small items. I like the small footprint of the Sidekick and actually bought two more after my workshop. It's sturdy and rugged (as all Art Bin products seem to be.

(More customer reviews)When I ordered this product back around Christmas time, the delivery was speedy, which was very nice seeing that the crunch time for presents had started. However when the product arrived it came in a box that had no padding or anything to make sure it was protected during delivery; it was broken. When I called the company to ask for a replacement they told me they would only refund my money because I ordered online. That made no sense because if they just shipped me a new one they would have received the same amount of business if I just purchased another after they refunded me. Well, I'm guessing there were a lot of people having this problem, because earlier in January I received a full refund and a new, and not broken, art bin without any further inquiry. That last part saved their reputation for me, but had that not happen I do not believe I would have ordered from them again.
