(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 inch hand made buttons, when received they measured 1.5". They were to be used on a hand made shawl for my mother. Also, the email alert stated the product was shipping by UPS. Asked for the tracking number - no response. When the package was received it shipped by USPS (post Office. Poor service for shipping incorrect item and even worse by using a different carrier than stated. For the hassle of returning the incorect item - it was not worth it!!!!
