(More customer reviews)I'm not sure it's appropriate to penalize the product rating for the bad vendor, but the product wasn't particularly good either. Very difficult to open.
I phoned the vendor to get the inside measurements of this box to make sure it fit my thread. The vendor's employee complained that the box was "out in the warehouse" and put me on hold. She was back almost immediately and said it was 3" high inside, so I ordered it. It's not even 2 1/2 inches high. Why she thought lying is acceptable business behavior, I'll never know. Amazingly immature.
What I'd like to see in a thread box is something that has spindles tall enough to hold the new cones of thread that are just shy of 3" tall PLUS a filled bobbin of the same color of thread.
