Very handy device for adding seam allowances to patterns that lack them, such as Ottobre or Japanese sewing patterns.
Giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because I wish the indents were deeper and sharper (and thus more visible), maybe it could come with 1 rounded-point wheel for following the pattern edge and 1 sharp-point wheel for marking the stitching line. I don't use it as much as I thought I would because of that.
Can also be used as a regular wheel for marking stitching lines as both wheels are removable.

Use the double tracing wheel to draw two parallel lines at the same time. Width between the two lines can be changed in increments of 5mm from 10mm and up to 30mm. Convenient for tracing both cutting and sewing lines at the same time.
