(More customer reviews)I use it for marking my baby quilts so I can quilt a diagonal grid pattern on them. Place your rulers from one corner to the opposite corner to make a diagonal line. Take the hera marker and press right next to the ruler's edge. Stitch on the line. There is no mark left, no marking pen ink to wash out or chalk to brush off. I have used it when I wanted a curved quilting design, it took me a while to mark the quilt but it did work.
