I made kayak sprayskirts out of it and it is perfect, with a heavy smooth waterproof coating on one side and a nice canvas texture on the other. This is a perfect fabric for making carrying bags and raincovers, and it would even make a nice raincoat. It is very easy to sew even on a home sewing machine. I managed to sew through 5 layers without a problem when I made a wallet/cellphone case with it. It does tend to get dirty, but what do you want from white canvas?
