(More customer reviews)While this machine has a slew of functions, it is not built to last. Today I was told by a dealer than 30% of Singer machines are returned for repair so that people get frustrated and decide to upgrade which means they will spend even more money. I bought it, had problems with the bobbin not threading (very common) so it was returned. I am not buying another Singer product.
