(More customer reviews)I had a set of 8" Fiskars for years and that pair grew legs and walked. This is what I replaced them with and I am happier with these than I was with the old ones. The shaped handle is a great improvement over flat style handle spring loaded scissors. The safety clasp has been redesigned so that it won't warp and not work anymore which is great, no more scissors springing open and falling off the table. The blades are quite sharp and if this pair is anything like my old set, they won't need sharpening for at least a decade.
