(More customer reviews)I got this more for the embroidery notes than the actual pattern. Construction is very easy and it would lend itself to narrow widths of material. I found that I liked the neckline on the Gaza dress, but preferred the over-all pattern of the Syrian dress, which isn't as 'straight' and uses gussets for armhole ease, a bit of a later historical development.
Folkwear's size 18 on this is pretty true to size, although the straight lines of the garment might be problematic for larger women or those who are particularly curvy.
The embroidery/decoration notes are worth the price of the pattern.
