(More customer reviews)I purchased the Creative Grids Circles ruler for a specific class. They are very easy to cut around with the 28mm rotary cutter. I love that they are nonslip and clear, as are all of the Creative Grid rulers. I think I will use them again. They make it easy to cut perfect circles. They would also be useful to draw around for a perfect circle.
