(More customer reviews)I ordered this lamp for my 87 year old mother. When I got it, a wheel was broken so I emailed jacks tool shed and they immediately sent out the new wheel. They offered additional instructions but it was so easy to put on that they were not needed. They were wonderful and responded immediately. The unit itself is exactly what I wanted and priced right. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm sure my mother will be happy with it too. I would definitely order from them again!
