(More customer reviews)Not sure what happened to the previous buyers unit but the one I have is awesome! I am a wholesaler and rec'd a few of these in stock so I opened one and kept for myself. Literally turns garments back to looking gorgeous! If you read the previous buyers comment you'll see that this is the second one she bought. Evidentally she liked it enough to buy it again except the second one she bought was evidentally from a terrible seller. I will say that the units are delicate so don't drop them or use them until they clog up so bad you can't unclog them. Having said all this, I really love this little slice of heaven.
