Let me start by saying that I will write about what I know. My sewing skills are squarely at the beginning level, so I haven't used all of the features yet. I will add to this review as I use the product more.
The product is really well made. I like the durable plastic better than the flimsy metal. It has a nice weight and feels good in your hand.
First, even if you only use it as a sewing gauge for marking seam allowances, it's worth it. It's so much larger than the traditional sewing gauges. You really save a little time by using it. Using it as a hem gauge is a no-brainer. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out the markings, but I haven't picked up my old sewing gauge since.

I'll be making a shirt soon, so I'll let you know how the buttonhole spacing and marking work.
The one function I rarely see myself using is the circle compass. I don't quilt, so I found the instructions confusing.
