(More customer reviews)I emailed the company giving them the make/model of my machine asking if this bobbin case would work. Never heard back so apparently their business is so good they don't need the business. If their business isn't that good, their poor customer service could be the reason. They give no useful information regarding the item. Wouldn't buy from them even if was the correct bobbin case now.
