(More customer reviews)I was looking for a nice hefty iron like the old black and Decker that I had. I also wanted something with a lot of steam. This iron did not provide that for me. I bought this one instead and I am very happy with it: Black & Decker D6000 All-Temp Steam Iron with Stainless-Steel Soleplate. I gave this iron 2 starts and not 1 because in concept, it has great features.
