(More customer reviews)I bought these to use on a car cover. After about a month, unlatching them maybe 15 times, some of the snaps are already kind of worn out. I can see rust on some of them, but mainly, 1 out of 4 will not 'snap' anymore. It sort of attaches loosly, but you get no click, and it detaches too easily. I bought this kit because I only needed about 4-6 snaps, and this was a cheap kit. It was easy enough to install, but if the snaps wear out in such a short time, then they are not worth the trouble. I will try to buy another brand, but I have not looked around yet.
