(More customer reviews)If you are sewing light fabrics, you might wish to try a size 11 needle, as manufactured by Singer. Especially if the fabric is satin or satin-like and is "pulling" when the needle enters it. By what I understand, the size 11 needle is rather reserved for serging work - but, it doesn't "have to be exclusively so" if you've a mind to use it for regular sewing projects. It works for me.
